These two small, high-altitude rice paddies boast exceptional sunlight and ventilation. Carefully tended from planting to harvest by brewmaster Hidehiko, the rice expresses its full potential in every drop of this elegant sake.

Delicately brewed in Fushimi, Kyoto, this sake offers a pure, crystalline flavor with gentle citrus and muskmelon aromas. Light in alcohol at 11%, yet incredibly rich and structured, it is the result of a deep respect for ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship.

Only a limited number of bottles are produced.
