Food Pairing: Pairs well with lighter fare: sashimi, gently steamed white fish, mild shellfish, fresh greens, or dishes with subtle seasoning. The gentle effervescence and clean finish help cleanse the palate between bites.

Expect a light, elegant entrance. The aroma is softly fragrant, offering hints of white fruit, mild florals and a clean rice sweetness. On the palate: smooth and delicate, with clarity and balance. You’ll notice a mild sparkle (微発泡) from the trapped fizz, which adds liveliness. There’s gentle umami and a mild interplay of bitterness and acidity that prevents sweetness from dominating. The acidity gives precision, while the bitters/edge give complexity. The finish is clean, transparent, and lingering—fresh but not fleeting.

Best enjoyed slightly chilled (10-15 °C) to preserve its freshness and gentle aromas.
