Yoshidagura u Hyakumangoku no Shiro is a modern expression of Ishikawa’s terroir, crafted exclusively from the prefecture’s signature sake rice, Hyakumangoku no Shiro. Brewed using Yoshida Sake Brewery’s contemporary interpretation of the traditional Yamahai method, it reveals vibrant aromas of citrus, green apple, fresh herbs, and white flowers. The palate is lively and refined, balancing crisp acidity with gentle umami and a clean mineral finish that beautifully reflects the character of its local rice. Elegant, refreshing, and remarkably food-friendly, it pairs effortlessly with Japanese cuisine as well as French, Italian, and Thai dishes. Best enjoyed chilled at 8–12°C.
