Sharaku Daiginjo Shizukudori / 寫樂 大吟醸 しずく取り

This is the exceptional “Shizuku-Tori Daiginjo” from the Sharaku series, made with Hyogo’s Yamadanishiki rice polished to 40%. Bottled only with the “Shizuku Sake,” which drips naturally through the shizuku-shibori (drip-pressing) method.
This special Daiginjo is released just once a year.
