nondo Gonge Tsuchi no Mitsudo / 権化 土の密℃

This sake, part of the Gonge “Density” series, is a sister product to the Laughters line, distinguished by a cleaner, gentler acidity. Its rich density comes from the natural sweetness of the rice, complemented by soft, apple-like sweetness, gentle acidity, and a hint of alcohol bitterness. Subtle yogurt notes appear on the nose, while the finish leaves a cocoa-like impression on the palate. Best served slightly chilled at around 10°C, it pairs beautifully with light foods, such as prosciutto, soft cheeses, nuts, or dark chocolate, and enhances subtly flavored dishes, making it versatile as an aperitif, digestif, or table sake.
