The Heavensake Noir Label is the boldest expression in the Heavensake collection, created in collaboration with Dewazakura Brewery, one of Japan’s most respected sake producers. Established in 1892 in Yamagata Prefecture, Dewazakura is celebrated worldwide for pioneering Ginjo-style sake and for its meticulous small-batch brewing using temperature-controlled tanks to achieve purity, precision, and elegance.

Guided by the artistry of Régis Camus, world-renowned Champagne cellar master, the Noir Label brings the French concept of assemblage to sake—balancing complementary aromas, flavors, and textures to achieve a composition of striking depth and harmony.

With a rice polishing ratio of 35–50%, this all-natural sake is brewed without additives, sugar, or sulfites. At 15.7% ABV, it offers a rich yet refined profile—playful, floral, and elegantly smooth, layered with fruit-driven aromas and a clean finish.

Best enjoyed chilled in a wine glass, Noir Label pairs beautifully with white fish, poultry, and bold cheeses like Roquefort. It remains fresh for up to four weeks after opening, making it an ideal choice for both fine dining and leisurely enjoyment.

Every bottle of Heavensake Noir Label is a testament to craftsmanship and innovation—where Japanese tradition meets French blending mastery, resulting in a sake of rare complexity and sophistication.
