Twenty years ago, when he tasted a sake with a fruity aroma and smooth finish that left me in awe. This revelation drove me to create sake that would bring similar enjoyment and inspire others. With little guidance, I dedicated myself to learning the craft, setting a goal to win the prestigious National Sake Awards’ Gold Prize—a feat my brewery had never achieved. After seven years of persistence, we won, and our sake has since earned numerous awards, embodying our commitment to quality. Today, sake is more diverse and exciting than ever.
