Special sake rice developed by Juyondai, “Dragon’s Descent”, is used for brewing, and this particular label is seasonally limited. The sake boosts aromas and taste notes such as banana syrup, Fuji apple, and Western pear. It is fruity, balanced, refreshing and pleasant. This sake is full-bodied, and it is recommended to be paired with salt-grilled mackerel, sashimi, or various Japanese dishes.
