This vibrant Juyondai Soko Daiginjo shows all the perfection of a great sake. The sake is obtained using the Shichitare Nijukkkan method, which refers to only obtaining the finest sake (figuratively 7 drops) from 75kg of rice, a method unique to Juyondai. It shows a similar smooth and silky texture like that of Ryusen, but lighter, more delicious, and very seductive. Aftertaste is super clean, pure and melting with a subtle hints of mild spice.
