Juyondai Gokujo Morohaku is a medium-bodied sake, medium dry, with moderate acidity. It’s an elegant sake, and aromatic with reminiscence of citrus, freshly cut grass, white flower and mild note of ginger. It offers a long and smooth finish, and a toasty ending. A very well balanced sake. Some even call this sake “Small Ryusen”, marking its similarity in several profile aspects to the top label of Juyondai, Ryusen.
